Advice please!

So on Saturday night I was very irresponsible, got drunk and slept with a man from work. We've hardly spoken since as he went to Spain in the morning (I sneaked out at 7am before he was awake, was that wrong?) I went to the clinic today & sorted everything out, There is an 8 year age gap between us, so I'm sure he's not interested in a relationship. Do I play it cool? Or talk to him about it??
