Pregnant

So I took a pregnancy test this morning and I found I found out I'm pregnant! Yay! This is my first. And I'll admit I'm lost as to what to do now. Is there anywhere I can go to confirm my pregnancy for free? If it is confirmed, do I get on medicaid before I make a Dr appointment or vise versa? I'm freaking out with excitement and I don't really want to tell anyone that I know that can help me just quite yet. Help!
