D&C scheduled for Monday

After issues for the past week and a half, finally had confirmation yesterday that I'm having a miscarriage ?. First pregnancy for my husband and me. I would have been 8 weeks today and heard the heartbeat at just over 6 weeks. Baby only measured 6 wks 4 days yesterday. I'm scheduled to have a D&C on Monday because my body just isn't recognizing the miscarriage which is hard to accept. Hubby is having an even more difficult time with this and it's so sad to see him like this. Just need some time to grieve and then try again for our rainbow baby. ??
