Should I get my tubes tied after 4 miscarriages?

I am 30 and I just had my 4th miscarriage. It's been taking a major toll on me and my SO. Honest opinion here... should I just pull the plug so to speak and cut our losses?

I had 3 miscarriages and I'm 19 weeks pregnant now with my rainbow baby ? do you kno what's causing the miscarriages? Have you been tested?

Don't give up....I'm 31 and just lost my 3rd baby. Going through an eptopic pregnancy right now actually.  My hubby and I plan on seeing a specialist asap to see what's going on. We are devastated by our losses and I'm so sorry you have gone through this too but I truly believe with all my heart I will have my baby. Good luck and many prayers.
