I'm 7wks and 4days. 3 days ago I started spotting a little but not much so I didn't worry about it. Sunday night it was brownish so I'd figure it was done but this morning it was bright red with cm in it. I just want to be told that it is all normal and everything is okay!!! I'm starting to freak out ????

I think you should see a doctor. It could be normal but without a physicians advice it's hard to tell.

I bled from week 5 to week 8. I had a threatened miscarriage, but didn't lose her. I passed clots, it went from pink, to brown, to red. I went to the doctor at 5 weeks, 6, 7, &8. We finally heard heartbeat at 6 weeks and at 8 weeks 5 days the bleeding stopped. She's 2 now. I'd always call and they'd always let me come right in.

First off, I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this. I understand how stressful and scarey this can be. I'm currently 8w5d and I've been bleeding or spotting daily since 5 weeks. The blood has been brown, pink or bright red and sometimes there's cm present as well. Call your physician or midwife to discuss your concerns. They'll likely want you to come in to get an ultrasound. I've had several ultrasounds since the bleeding began and baby is growing and healthy. I have what's called a subchorionic bleed and it's not affecting baby. Bleeding doesn't necessarily mean you're having a miscarriage, but it's a good idea to get yourself checked out. Go to the ER as soon as you can to check your HCG levels. If they are raising you should be fine. 
The samething happened to me about 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately it was a miscarriage. I hope this is not your case. Good luck.  Praying for you ?

Any cramping?  If not, you're probably fine, but def call your doc to be sure.
