Go to the ER or wait?

I'm 10w3d right now. the past two days I've had pelvic pain. Nothing extreme but for sure more intense then it has been. Then this morning I woke up to some light spotting when I wipe. It's New Years so the office is closed. I had spotting at 6 weeks ultrasound done at 7 weeks and blood work was fine. Had it again at 8 weeks and called my doc they said unless it turns to bleeding or I have cramping too I'm fine.

Sounds like just regular pregnancy cramps but if you are worried, you can alway call the ER and ask if you shoul come in.

Pelvic pain only? I would say it's your ligaments stretching and the pubic symphysis is accommodating for the baby too. I get those pains along with round ligament pain all the time and it's normal. Of course when in doubt go to the ER instead of waiting of the pain is unbearable.
