First time posting, ttc 4 years. Dh & I are 38, trying for #1, married 5 years. Actually started to get excited as I was 3 days late, my cycles usually run 24-25 days. We've decided that it's time to get help. I'm currently taking vitex, maca, b complex, prenatal, vitamin d3, coq10, magnesium citrate, evening primrose oil, omega 3-6-9, alpha lipoic acid. My work switched insurance companies & from what it looks like, they will help with ivf costs. I went ahead and made the maximum contribution for fsa. My current health condition are migraine, especially triggered by menstrual, or if I get no sleep, stress etc. & due to depression about not getting pregnant, I now weigh 185 lbs. I gained 50 lbs in two years. My goals are to keep the path of eating right, exercise, not drink any soda (love) & drink water (hate) instead & of course a baby :)

Welcome Tee. Looks like we have a lot in common. We are taking similar vitamins/supplements and I also struggle with migraines, especially when I get my period. This year I will be married 5 years also. Have you considered trying a fertility specialist?

Haha same story here. My husband kept putting it off. But now he believes he has it much easier than me in all of this

Yea, that is the next step. I had finally gotten dh to test last year & it came back inconclusive. It took alot of convincing for him to go the first time. he travels for his job which makes it harder. but now he is on board after seeing that His test is easy compared to what I'll have to go through lol

Some clarity and direction and feel like I have a plan.
