How did you wait to tell people?

I'm almost a month pregnant, AF is still due sat. DH doesn't want me to tell anyone till AF is def not showing up ( another week  or two).He said he won't tell his family or friends till our 8 week visit because you hear so many stories of mc. Did you wait? I want to share the news with someone.baby dust to everyone and happy new year!

Im waiting till after my trimester i hve more of chance of possibly not miscarrying then.its so hard tho i no ill be sick as a dog then

This time around my husband and I have decided to wait until I'm 20 weeks to tell anyone but that's because we want to be certain of everything. I'm really praying this month is ours! 🙏

Tell the phone who you would rely on to get you thru a mc.  For me,  I told my best friend and my parents/in laws.  Just the people I knew I would want to tell about a loss.  Then after 13 weeks u can tell everyone.

I will wait as long as possible, until I start to show, to minimize having to tell people if i miscarry. I'm not pregnant yet been trying over a year so I'm nervous about an increased risk of miscarriage.

I'm about four weeks too! (Five if you count from lmp). AF is still technically due Saturday but all hpt have been super strong and bright lines. I told my two best friends and my parents last night. I still worry AF will show or something. I agree with everyone else though, tell those you would feel comfortable having to talk about a loss (if that ever happened) with.
