Hi all!
So I just found out that I am pregnant with my second. I'm excited and anxious. Anxious because I wanted to lose more weight before trying again, but we had a surprise of course. Any tips on avoiding gaining too much weight? I don't want to go overboard with heavy cardio of course. Any healthy eating tips that will help me stay on track, but will also be beneficial for my pregnancy
