Anyone else getting tired of overcooked meat??

I'm only 7w and already I'm groaning about overcooked meat and no ceviche or sashimi, lol

Me too!!! I just want a bloody steak already! Medium rare steak. Over easy eggs. Sushi. All the things I'm missing right now :-(.

I make sure that all food I eat comes from a quality source with proper food handling. I still eat sushi and yolks with runny eggs. I had a medium rare steak for New Years.

Both my doctor and midwife said that it was absolutely fine and that the stress and worry that women put on themselves is way worse than the risk of food borne illness.

My dr said it's perfectly fine to have my steaks medium, but burgers or anything with ground meat/seafood has to be well done

I've eaten medium rare steaks. I use fresh meat, and nothing that's been hanging out in the fridge for a while. But I feel like the risk is one I'm willing to take in order to actually eat something. I've also enjoyed cold sandwhiches, if you're worried about it just heat the meat up then throw it in the fridge for 10 mins to cool it back down. It doesn't have to be steaming while you eat it.

I'm 20w2d and the charred steaks I've been having to get are so gross...I want my medium rare!!  I eat sushi occasionally because I get cravings for it, just make sure it's from a clean establishment. I do just get the fake rolls (California, shrimp tempura) in hopes it can tide me over if I'm feeling like the place is weird.

Yes!! I love medium rare steak and burgers cooked medium. Now I get them well done and don't like it! I did get a medium well filet steak for dinner tonight and it wasn't so bad but I miss my medium rare 😒
