This app tends to think the worst. Before pregnancy it regularly told me I had a drinking problem because I had 10+ drinks a week. That's a glass or two of wine a day!

No idea, I have PCOS, I usually spot 1-2 days prior to AF and maybe 1-2 after, but not between cycles otherwise.

There are so many reasons for spotting, I think they were just trying to show you one of them. There's a lot more to pcos like acne, hair growth on the face or in a male type pattern etc. And some start to miss their periods all together because of the hormone imbalance, others have super heavy periods. You know your body best, if you feel like something's not right seeing a doc is the best way to squash all your doubt.

It's true that spotting CAN be linked with PCOS, but it's perfectly normal!

I really hate some of the "insights " for that, unless you're showing other symptoms, I wouldn't even think about it!
