Do bras prevent your breasts from sagging during and after pregnancy?

So im 4 weeks prego and ive never like wearing bras except for work or when im leaving the house but i heard not wearing it all the time can cause my tits to sag is this true?

Don't wear bras if your afraid of them sagging. Your pectoral muscles muscle are actually getting a workout by naturally holding them up and will help prevent sagging. By wearing a bra your muscles are doing nothing.

It's going to depend on the size of your boobs. Weightier breasts are going to eventually sag and as you get older skin looses its elasticity. I'm a G cup- if I don't wear a bra they're absolutely everywhere and halfway to my belly button (at 28!).

Actually wearing a bra makes your boobs sag more. It has something to do with the tissue not getting exercised enough and being weaker later in life. Try working out your pectoral muscles some to perk them up
