Weight loss
When I was 16 I was 186lbs and when I was about 19 I began losing the weight I am now 135lbs (25yrs) but I'm 5 ft tall and everywhere I look pretty much tells me I'm fat. I felt if I lose anymore weight I'm going to look sick. IDK what to do. I feel like all the weight is in my thighs and butt. Anyway to lose fat in my body without going over bored?
