Letrozole?

Question

Anyone taking or has taken this drug? I've done two cycles of Clomid and my RE is switching me to this because I Ovulate only on my side that the tube is blocked while on Clomid. I have about 2 weeks before I can start have to wait for AF

I am starting letrozole today. I was on 3 rounds of clomid. And my doc switched to letrozole. The clomid was drying out my cervical mucus and the hot flashes was awful. I'm hoping the letrozole works. Good luck everyone.

Ive taken two rounds of letrozole and just went in for my day 21 blood test for ovulation yesterday. Hoping it worked this time! The only problem I've had with the letrozole is the headaches i get from it. Lingering headaches that i cant seem to get rid of..

I had no side effects but it was also not successful. I did not ovulate. I was only on 2.5 mg. RE switched me to Clomid and I did O.

I did 4 rounds of Letrazole with IUIs. None worked, but the Letrazole gave me practically no side effects, unlike Clomid.  Good luck!

Thanks ladies I am doing IUI also...if I ever O on my right side that is.

I'm currently on my second round (medicated cycle only, not doing IUI yet).  The only side effects I've had are headaches.  Good luck!
