Implantation bleeding?

With my first baby i never had implantation bleeding so I dont really know what its like. Im 11days post ovulation. Last night I had twinges of pain on my left side. This morning when I went to the bathroom when I wiped there was a little bit of pink on the toilet paper. My period is due to start January 12th, in 6 Days. Could this mean pregnancy? Or am I just wanting this too much?
