Are their a lot of other PREGO girls have the same appioment as you?

My office offers both group "centering" appointments or normal individual ones. It's a great idea but not for me:/ I don't do well in groups:)

No.. All my appt. have only been for me (and hubby). My clinic did offer a informative class though during the early stages of my pregnancy, completely voluntary, and that included up to ten people (although no one else signed up, so it was only me 😊).

Depends on where you go. For my first "appt" I had an orientation with about 7 other women that discussed what to expect for appt over the next 9 months and some groups that exist to help me.
