Is fish hard to make?!

I wanna try and make some this weekend so I was curious if y'all think It's hard for someone learning to cook and if you don't mind sharing some recipes in the comments? Thanks!

Nah, it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to sauté a piece of fish depending on thickness.

I sauteé most of my fish. I eat Swai, mostly. Super easy and healthy.

Use a lil non stick spray and sautee onions and peppers. Mix in your choice of seasoning if you like. I use garlic powder, pepper and lemon. Remove peppers/onions. Season to your liking and sauteé filets on low until just cooked through. Replace onions/peppers on top. Add 1/4 cup water or vegetable stock and simmer.

All of these can be soaked in olive oil Rosemary garlic thyme a bit of red pepper flakes bay seasoning. Soak for half and hour to overnight and grilled, baked (350 about 20 minutes) or fried.

Depends on the fish. Lean Fish  like salmon have less oil so theyre harder to cook w out being dry. I suggest tilapia as your first. Full of oil. I breadcrumb, season and drizzle w oil. Bake at 375 for 15 min until golden brown & fish flakes apart white with a fork. Yummy & easy!!!

You can pan fry tilapia. I usually put a good amount of butter down and cook it on a medium high temp for 4 mins on each side.

When I cook fish I have the heat on med/high (fish is already seasoned and dust with a pinch of flour I mean a tiny small amount) after u scorn it (skin side a few cuts along the skin so the fish doesn't curl) place it in the middle of the pan cook for 2-3 mins flip and turn off the heat. Then remove fish from pan after another 2-3 mins and boom fish is cooked perfectly. Oh u want to have a couple tablespoons of oil in ur pan.
