Why do I even?

I always let myself get so excited about being pregnant even though I know there is such a huge chance for MC. Then when I have a MC I feel so heart broken.

I know. It's like Charlie Brown and Lucy with the football. Everytime it happens I say I'm not gonna do this again, I won't get excited if I get pregnant again, but I keep going after it and fall flat on my back.
I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel, but unfortunately, it's normal. If we didn't get excited, I don't think we'd keep trying.

I've only had one MC (and only one pregnancy) but i imagine it must be so hard not to get excited. I'm so sorry for your losses.
