Any tips?

When I finally get af after waiting like 3 months I have terrible cramps. Sometimes I'm in so much pain I actually throw up. I was seen by a dr but she didn't really say anything about it. I usually take some type of over the counter pill but it doesn't last long. I've tried putting my feet up, heating pad, etc. The only thing that seems to help is taking a #2 lol. Any tips??

Take a ginger bath...   Put a tablespoon or 2 of ginger powder in a warm (but not hot) bath, grab a very large hydrating beverage & soak...  The ginger makes the water feel significantly hotter than it is, so you will likely sweat profusely & can dehydrate very very quickly unless you keep a large beverage handy...  Do not do this if you become pregnant (unless you are full term), because the cervix softens, relaxes, & dilates...  Make sure that you can go straight to bed after a ginger bath & be prepared to sleep like a baby...
