Implantation bleeding?

Hello! I went to the restroom earlier today and when I went to wipe there was a few drops of light pink blood. I wiped a second time to see if I was bleeding and that time there was only a drop or two. I later went to the bathroom again but there was no blood.. so that's the only time it happened! So I'm kinda confused as to what it is. My next period is due in 13 days. I'm having some nausea also. This has never happened before. So my question is, could this be implantation bleeding?
