Help please

So for the last two and a half weeks my boobs had been soo sore, they felt fuller and the nipples were huge. I felt naesous and had waves of being really really tired. I had took a pregnancy test on Saturday and negative. Sunday after sex I found a grayish red thing in the toilet and after that I started spotting. Monday was a lighter spotting and then Tuesday it got worse. Health link told me to go to emergency because I had abdominal pain. I went and they did pregnancy test and it was negative again. Now I have really heavy bleeding and lots of cramping. Was I pregnant and just lost really early?
