So scared!

We didn't plan for twins and twins was something we never wanted. We have 3 girls as it is and just wanted to try one last time for a boy. I am so sick and now scared out of my mind for everything! Is this normal feelings? I feel bad for feeling like this but I don't know what else to do. I feel awful and almost hopeless for how in the world we are going to do this
