Ttc help pls!!

Okay my SO and I have been ttc for 4 months now....and still nothing. He mentioned that he haves low testosterone blah blah..during my ovulation week we have sex every other day. Can low testosterone affect anything? Like I know what it is and all...he doesnt do treatments or anything so I was just wondering if this was a problem.
