Wake baby up?

Any tips on how to get the baby to wake up and move during pregnancy? When I did my NT scan it took us almost and hour and 45 minutes to wake our baby up and get them to move to get the measurements! I'd really like to get those legs open and baby active to see between the Legs and know gender soon!

Ice cream does the trick for me lol it's cold and sugary but if your LO is like mine they won't stop moving lol it will be even harder to get the scan ☺️☺️

I drank coffee before my scan, first time drinking it during my pregnancy but the baby was all over the place.

I ate a small meal with a sprite before my ultrasounds and he was always moving, even if I couldn't feel it.
