I would be FOR SURE they were ovulation pains if I wasn't 15 dpo (per postive clearblue digital ovulation test). The pains are sporadic (once every couple of hours for 1-2 mins) but OMG! Its instant nausea and twisted face. It feels like my ovary burst and is shooting sharp pains very localized down my right pelvic area.....I don't actually think my ovary burst lol but wtf?! Mabye a cyst rupture? Does that happen 15dpo? Pregnancy?
