Unisom?

Anyone take unisom while pregnant? My dr okayed me to take Benadryl, and the active ingredients in both of them are diphenhydramine.

Yup! I took it with a B vitamin every 6-8 hours and it's the only thing that helped my morning sickness. I swear by it for nausea!

There are two kinds of unisom. One is diphenhydramine. The other is doxylamine. They both can be used for sleep. I've been played by my on for both. The doxylamine is supposed to help with morning sickness. I take half a tab before bed, sometimes a whole one if I really want to sleep

Good for sleep, but my pharmacist also said diphenhydramine is the best thing for nausea. Her opinion.
