IVF start tomorrow

Starting my shots tomorrow AM. I'm so nervous and excited at the same time. 
My RE makes IVF sound like no big deal. I am worried about the unknown... I don't know anyone that has tried IVF. I'm just so hoping it woks the first time for us. We have unexplained infertility. Boo.
