Any Witches, Wiccans, or Pagans?

Question

I'm new to The Craft (only two years) and from what I've read in Facebook groups and such, pagans tend to have near spells or home remedies for feminin issues like cramps and dizzy spells. Are there any Pagans here? :) I'd love to hear about your remedies for this sort of thing.

I was into the idea when I was younger, found that practicing white magic centered me in a way, but I was never really able to get a "feel" for the energy, so it was a brief period of researching and practicing wicca,  I might return to it one day, but these days I'm content with divination using my tarot cards... lately though I've been unhappy with my deck, it's really hard to find good ones.

Well a lot of us like our privacy, that being said, I am open about it when asked directly. I like to dance and wiggle whenever I am between tampons. I don't use one after another because that can cause your body issues. Let your system breathe every now and then. Use pads at night and take a shower in the morning. Yogurt is very good, as natural as possible. Tea, water... All that good stuff. Just treat your body how it asks you to.
