Frustrated

So i went in for blood work i am 3 days late which is very rare for me i get my period every 31 days. I ovulated between Jan 11-16 my highest day the 14th. I went for blood work today and it was negative she said my hgc 5.0 and thats it no follow up visit no reason for why i would be late when im usually not. Its frustrating. So could it be to early for a positive. I have cramping on and off, sore boobs, discharge, headaches.
