So I'm feeling kind of down because my fiancé's coworkers are what I'd consider good friends of ours. He's a high school teacher and coaches all sports. He's 25 and I'm 23. We are very close with his boss and the other coworkers. My fiancé told one of the coaches he works with that we are expecting and he told us congrats and everything. Well I just broke the news to the girls' coach and her reaction kinda hurt my feelings. When I told her, she jumped up and her eyes got big and she like turned her head away. Then five minutes later she told me "Well congrats". I really don't know how to take that. And my fiancé is young and so are his coworkers and boss. I'm just gonna stay my distance from her. This is an extremely exciting time in our lives and we don't need any negativity.  But I did realize that not all people will be happy for us. I'll tell him about it later tonight. I just needed to vent for a second.
