Did I do something wrong?

Did I do something wrong? Could I have stopped the cp from happening by changing something? Is my body just a big mess?
I've had two now and everywhere I look I am reminded of them..
And I'm scared it will happen again, that we'll try again and I'll lose that one too...

Unless you're a drug addict, you have done nothing wrong. And I'veseen plenty of crack babies being born too.
Miscarriage, chemical pregnancies, blighted ovums- they ARE NEVER YOUR FAULT. It took me 2 years and four losses to finally accept this, along with my dr and therapist constantly telling me this too.
I know all you want to do is blame yourself, because we are programmed to assign blame to everything. I'm sorry for your losses and hope that you learn to accept there was nothing you could have done to prevent them. I hope sooner rather than later (like me).💜
