Trying to conceive

We'll today I'm at my breaking point. My husband an I have been trying for 5 years now. We had his sperm count checked an it was extremely low. Count should be 7 million his is 1.5 million an motility should be 500 his is 175 so he was put on clomid for 6 months. We are on our 3rd month an still no results. Woke up this morning to wonderful Mother Nature 😭. We want children so bad. But the possibility of that seems to be gone
