Losing weight Help
I'm 22 and i don't exactly work out at a gym but I do walk and do my elliptical, but I'm not fit. I'm big and thick, and yeah fat mostly in my butt and thighs and stomach. I eat right; but then I have sweets some times, I mean I am a women. But the thing is I tried weight watchers and south beach diet( didn't work because I kept getting dizzy throughout the day), and some other diet not sure what it was. Idk what is wrong with me but I want to lose weight but it seems like something is stoppin me, like the logging my food is annoying to me. Any suggestions on how I can lose weight? Other then throwing up my food I already ate cuz I do love food lol
