Sore Breast?

I am 13 weeks and 6 days and lately my breast have been sensitive to the touch. They hurt so much that I can't wear a bra, I can barely wear a shirt. Is there any way to ease this? I'm a highschool student so I actually have to get dressed lol so that's not an option until after school.

I'm not pregnant but maybe you can wear a really soft sweater without a bra or shirt. I sometimes wear my hoodies that are soft inside with no shirt and it's very comfortable:) something soft against your skin should help!:)

These saved me!! I was sooo sensitive that I had a hard time wearing a bra or shirt as well. They will kind of hurt at first but once you get the straps adjusted right it will feel so much better.... I bought the XL which were a little big in the band but the cup size fit ok.... My bra size is a 38DD.

What about a sports bra? I'm considering buying some of them. My problem is that I'm busting out of my work shirts haha and I'm hoping nobody notices as I'm not far enough along that I want people at work knowing lol. I'm only 7 weeks. My husband already noticed my boobs were gettig bigger haha.
