Is this normal?

So I have some cramping and I'm only 7 weeks and 4 days , I was told it as just the uterus growing to adjust with the baby. No bleeding or spotting at all. An their not painful I just wanna make sure it's normal and I'm not the only one. I freak over every little thing it's my first baby.

I've pretty much had cramps on and off since I found out I was pregnant. I'm 9 weeks now. I think as long as they're mild you're fine.

Ironic!  I just got off the phone with the dr office....  My cramps are minor pulsations nd she said its normal cause indeed uterus is growing. If it's severe cramping like period cramps she said go to urgent care. Hope that helps!

I just had my drs appointment and told him that I've been getting cramps similar to period pains and he said it was perfectly normal.. If you're worried contact your doc 😊

I'm having cramping too, it's eased up a little over the last week or 2 but it's still there. I'm 8wks tomorrow.

I'm 7 weeks and have been feeling things- not cramping like period cramps, more like growing cramps. And maybe gassy cramps too. Best wishes to you! I hope all is well!
