Weird sharp pain?

Question

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and since yesterday night I've been feeling a weird sharp/pokey feeling on my right side.  I believe its on my
 pelvic/abdominal area. it comes and goes. But it comes constantly. 
I tried calling my doc. But he wasn't available and I'm still waiting for a call back. 
I'm literally really worried.  I'm scared. Can anybody suggest what it could be?

I was feeling the same thing this whole week. Like a sharp pain when ever i rolled over in bed, or moved up n down, coughed or any sudden movements. Went to the doc today she said it was normal, round ligament pain. I had the pain on both sides. And it sucks. She said to make sure i stayed hydrated, because that will help the pain. If that sounds similar you should look up "round ligament pain"  to get more info . Hope this helps

I'm 10w5d and started having that also, to the left of my belly button. But I'm sure it's just stretching so baby and uterus have plenty of room to grow.

Cramping and abdominal pain in early pregnancy can be normal as your uterus grows, as long as it isn't accompanied with bleeding I wouldn't worry to much. Speak to your doctor still as they may want to check you over x
