Question alert! Few graphic tmi words. Need medical advice of some kind pkease

Hey I am A., I have two kids, and the youngest is 11 months. Ever since I had him my cycle went from every 31 days to 20-23 days. Each cycle menses I pass ten golf ball size clots within those five days. I have a hyperthyroid. Does this mean I am no longer ovulating? My temp never fluctuates and cervix is always high and open and soft. No changes there.

IK this is a graphic question, but I have always wanted a third child! Please help.
