Help! Not losing weight?
I've been eating healthier and working out (30 mins 6x a week) for a whole month now, but the scale says I'm still the same weight if not more on some days. I think I am getting leaner and more toned in some areas. I'm only worried about the weight because I'm doing a dietbet and the final weigh in is in 2 weeks! Any suggestions on how to get the scale moving again?
