I would like your opinion ladies might be tmi

So I'm 7 weeks still battling the all day  nausea and occasional vomiting. I am also dealing with this God awful constipation. Today I put on my jean and low and behold they don't fit and not only do they just barely not fit they don't even come close. Do you think the pic below is normal or do you think maybe something else is going on? I'm posting a pic from 4 days or so ago and one I took today 😊 so this is a few days ago 4 or 5
