How do I leave a group?

I was with my boyfriend who was in the military that's why I joined this group.  We broke up after two years and I'm wondering how do I leave?

Go to the page where it shows the tabs of the different groups your in. Hold any tab for a few seconds and it should take you to an editing menu where you can delete groups.
