Natural progesterone cream?

Had anyone tried this for endo? I'm incredibly sensitive to hormonal birth control, but was wondering if a "natural" cream might help. My obgyn keeps suggesting hormonal birth control treatment, but I know it'll cause more problems and was wondering if a more natural hormone approach might help.

I have tried it and didn't notice much difference. It was an all natural cream from the natural fertility info website. I wanted to extend my luteal phase, and help with my periods and pain. I tried it for several months but stopped because it didn't change anything or extend my luteal phase. The thing that's helped the most has been vitex. I take natures way femaprin version of vitex. Also eating healthier. Instead of pain and cramps all month long I now have only two days during my period that are very painful, and I don't bleed nearly as heavily. You might still try the cream as everyone is different, you never know. I hope this helps!

I haven't tried any creams like that but I did try a "natural" approach to diet and the like to try to manage my endo, unfortunately to no avail. I also didn't find a birth control pill that helped but mine was too severe for management and needed surgery. I can't see how it would hurt to try it, I would try it if I were you and hopefully that works for you!
