Miscarriage??

Possible miscarriage and I'm utterly terrified. I nauseous, backaches, abnormal blood clot, and I've never hurt so badly before in my life. I'm too scared to tell anyone I know. I don't know what to do and every time I think about it I want cry my eyes out. Any advice?

Maybe just spotting. A miscarriage is WAY worse then an abnormal blood clot. May be a little graphic but it's more like somebody opening the bloody gates and the Red Sea pouring out of you! And as for pain it feels exactly like labor, contractions to push the fetus out and cramps like you wouldn't believe. Hoping for the better possibility for you! A miscarriage is something I wish nobody would ever have to go through! Def go to ER and get checked out. Those symptoms are nothing to play around with. Best of luck!!
