Adult relationship

So I'm this 36 year old woman , engaged and in a distant relationship with my fiancé. I haven't seen him or touched him in almost 3 years. That means no sex for 3 years. For some time I have realized him not getting into conversations we normally have , in depth. He says because it makes him miss me more. But I sometimes wonder if it's the truth. I miss him so much. But we don't know when we will get to see each other .
