Plan b symptoms?

Can plan b symptoms mimic pregnancy symptoms? I have been extremely hot like sweating all the time and I'm usually freezing cold. Even my bf noticed that I'm really hot now. I have just went to the bathroom 3 times in the last hour. I get nauseous. I'm exhausted. And I basically have flu/cold symptoms. I could just be having PMS and the flu but idk. My period is due this week and I'm kinda doubtful it will come. I don't know how long plan b side effects last but I took the pill almost 2 weeks ago.
