No ovulation??? Turning 45 tomorrow

Everything seems to be going haywire. AF was 3 days longer than usual and Glow had my fertile window starting right after AF was to end.  When I edited to account for the longer AF, my fertile window shortened by the same number of days. I've also been using ovulation test strips and all have been negative. So am I just not going to ovulate this month?  I'm turning 45 tomorrow so maybe it's just over for me.
