Help please

I was lightly spotting yesterday pink blood and little brown I thought I started my period even though I usually get a heavy flow and I get cramps a week before I start but I have no cramps. And now it's a little heavier but not really only when I go pee I notice it barley have any blood on my pad. And honestly I usually bleed a lot like so much that I need to change my pad every 4 or less hours but now I don't need to like every 8 hours. But only like a tiny bit on pad. I have no cramps either. The blood is also like a bright kinda red no clots either. Sorry if this is disgusting but I need help.(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
