HELP advice please!

Hello. I normally start my period on the 18th. I ovulated the first 5 days of February. My hubby and I had sex for days before ovulation and one during. I have sore breasts, my nipples are big and are very sore I'm getting little bumps on my ariola, I'm cramping my back hurts off and on. I took a pregnancy test its a negative. Am I too soon?? Could I be pregnant? When I was pregnant with my son I got a false negative.
