Waxing down there...

I'd like to get a brazillian wax before my wedding but I usually shave or use a trimmer, I've never waxed down there and I'm a little scared about it lol. How long does it have to be for them to wax? What's the experience like? I'm not afraid of the pain I'm just afraid of some lady near my vagina lmao
