Anyone else completely overwhelmed with registry?

I want to jump out a window! Lol. This is so overwhelming and I feel like I have no clue where to start. Any advice? I have a registry with baby list, which is super helpful having everything in one place!

Yes it was super overwhelming at first. I did much better doing it online vs in store. I just tried to do a little each day.  Some things I learned: I registered at Babies r us because they take returns from your registry even without a receipt for up to a year. Plus you get 10% back of everything people buy off your registry in store credit about 10 weeks after birth.  The most popular price point for gifts people bought- $150-50 and people really like to buy cute stuff. So for example, I really wanted a $200 monitor but I instead registered for a $120 monitor. I Then returned it and got the one I wanted during the registry completion purchase (where you also get 10% off everything left on your registry 6 weeks before your due date). And then if you sign up for their credit card, you get an extra 15% off.  So we returned a ton of stuff, bought even more and still ended up with leftover store credit! Hope that all makes sense!

I wanted to make a registry at target just because they have 15% completion event! I'm not having a baby shower so I'd just do it for the discount but my wedding registry (just last year) took me two days in store to complete and then I was endlessly swapping stuff online throughout, only later to exchange after I received things!

I was like that at first and sometimes it still gets a bit overwhelming but I talked to a few girlfriends who have done it before and they helped as well as my boyfriend he sat down with me online and helped. I feel like it's al hard with two it's like ok do I get two of those or just one? Lol
