Consultant and injections

Today i had my consultant. They went through all the problems that can happen during a MCDA pregnancy (identical twins) and she checked the heartbeat of the babies via a scan. Everything went fine until she told me that i will have to take injections everyday to avoid blood clots on my legs due to to my bmi been high. This is considered a high risk pregnancy and that i will have another scan at 16 weeks, then one at 20 weeks and another one every 2 weeks. Not looking forward to the injections that i have to do to myself everyday.
